In May 2026, the Bank received a no-objection letter from the Reserve Bank of India to close its Offshore Banking Unit in the Santacruz Electronic Exports Promotion Zone, Mumbai. Representative offices were located in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah), the United States (Texas, California, Illinois, and New Jersey), Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, and Indonesia. The subsidiary in the United Kingdom also has a branch in Germany.
