What is in each daily recap?
Each recap covers the full U.S. trading day and is organized into four sections: Largest insider buys — Form 4 disclosures where executives or directors purchased company stock, ranked by dollar value; Largest insider sells — Form 4 sells, ranked by proceeds; Market news — licensed wire-service coverage of material corporate events scored 7 or higher on Wiseek's 1–10 importance scale; and Form 144 — pre-sale notices filed by insiders before executing block sales.
How items are scored and selected
Every SEC filing and news item passes through Wiseek's importance scorer before appearing in a daily recap. The scorer weights filing type, deal magnitude, insider participation rate, and material-event flags such as going-concern disclosures, restatements, executive transitions, and M&A activity.
