Affiliate Terms

Please review our affiliate program terms carefully before participating.

Participation in the Wiseek Affiliate Program ("the Program") is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. The Program is operated and administered in partnership with our authorized Merchant of Record, PayPro Global, Inc.

By joining the Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Wiseek Affiliate Terms, as well as the PayPro Global Affiliate Agreement, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy. Please review all agreements carefully before participating.

Eligibility

Participation is open to individuals aged 18 or older and to legal entities in jurisdictions where such participation is not prohibited by law or restricted by PayPro Global's policies. By joining, you confirm that you are not violating any laws or regulations in your country of residence. Wiseek and PayPro Global reserve the right to reject or remove participants at our sole discretion, including if we believe the participant misrepresents Wiseek, violates these terms, or engages in harmful conduct.

Commission Structure

You will earn a 20% recurring commission on the net amount of each eligible payment made by a referred user - provided the user remains an active, paying subscriber. Commissions are calculated by PayPro Global after the deduction of applicable fees, taxes, and discounts. Commissions are not granted for refunded, disputed, fraudulent, or chargeback-related transactions, and may be revoked retroactively by PayPro Global.

Commissions apply only to the initial subscription plan purchased through your referral link. Wiseek and PayPro Global reserve the right to determine whether commissions apply to any future upgrades, plan changes, or additional services purchased by the referred user.

Payout Eligibility and Withdrawal Methods

All affiliate tracking, balance management, and payouts are processed exclusively by our Merchant of Record, PayPro Global. Affiliate earnings shall be considered confirmed only after successful validation by PayPro Global's systems and at their sole discretion.

Once the total confirmed earnings in your PayPro Global affiliate account reach the minimum threshold set by PayPro Global based on your chosen payout method, the funds become available for withdrawal. Withdrawals may be initiated using any of the payout methods currently supported on the PayPro Global platform.

All payout transfers are deemed complete once executed by PayPro Global. Wiseek does not handle, store, or process your financial payout information. Wiseek shall not be held liable for any delays, errors, minimum withdrawal limits, transfer failures, or fees assessed by PayPro Global, external payment processors, or financial institutions.

Referral Tracking and Attribution

Referrals are tracked using PayPro Global's proprietary affiliate tracking technology to associate users with your affiliate account. The effectiveness of attribution may vary depending on browser settings, device type, privacy restrictions, or blocking tools used by the user. In the event of a duplicate referral, dispute, or unclear attribution, PayPro Global's tracking data shall serve as the final determinant of the referring party and commission eligibility.

Prohibited Conduct and Fraud Prevention

You agree not to engage in any activity that may be deemed abusive, deceptive, unethical, misleading, or in violation of these Terms or any applicable laws. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Self-referrals or generating commissions on your own accounts.
  • Spamming, bulk unsolicited messaging, or deceptive advertising tactics.
  • Misrepresenting Wiseek's product, pricing, features, or brand.
  • Creating multiple affiliate accounts without authorization.
  • Using bots, click farms, or automation to generate fake traffic or clicks.
  • Purchasing paid traffic solely for affiliate purposes without written consent.

Wiseek and PayPro Global reserve the right to suspend or terminate your participation, withhold or revoke any commissions (including retroactively), and take legal action if fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected. All decisions related to fraud detection and enforcement are final.

Program Changes and Termination

Wiseek reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program at any time, with or without cause and with or without prior notice. This includes but is not limited to changes in:

  • Commission rates or eligibility rules
  • Payment structure or thresholds (as dictated by PayPro Global)
  • Tracking technology or attribution logic
  • Program availability in certain jurisdictions

In the event of program termination, reasonable efforts will be made to process any pending eligible commissions via PayPro Global, but neither Wiseek nor PayPro Global shall be obligated to pay any future commissions beyond the termination date.

No Earnings Guarantee

Participation in the Wiseek Affiliate Program does not guarantee any specific income or earnings. Your success depends entirely on your own efforts, marketing practices, and the behavior of referred users. Wiseek makes no representations regarding your potential income. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable tax obligations in your jurisdiction arising from your earnings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wiseek shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages of any kind, arising directly or indirectly from your participation in the Affiliate Program, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of actual or anticipated profits
  • Loss of data, income, or business opportunities
  • Reputational damage
  • Technical failures or service interruptions involving Wiseek or PayPro Global
  • Errors in PayPro Global's referral tracking, payouts, or commission disputes

In any event, Wiseek's total aggregate liability to you, for any cause whatsoever, shall not exceed the total amount of commissions actually paid to you during the three (3) months preceding the date of the claim.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, as they pertain to your relationship with Wiseek, shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute relating to Wiseek's administration of this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel. Note that your separate agreement with PayPro Global may be subject to different jurisdictional terms as outlined in their specific legal policies.

Privacy and Data Usage

By joining the Wiseek Affiliate Program, you acknowledge and agree that your affiliate registration, payment processing, and personal data collection are handled directly by PayPro Global, Inc. (headquartered in Toronto, ON, Canada). PayPro Global collects, stores, and processes your personal and financial information to administer the program.

Wiseek only receives access to non-sensitive, performance-related data (such as referral counts and sales metrics) to monitor campaign effectiveness. We do not have access to your sensitive payout or banking information. Please review the PayPro Global Privacy Policy for full details on how your personal data is protected and managed.

You agree not to collect, store, transmit, or misuse any personal data of referred users, and not to use the platform for data harvesting or privacy violations in breach of the GDPR, CCPA, or any relevant local laws.

Termination

Wiseek and PayPro Global reserve the right to terminate or suspend your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Termination may occur for reasons including extended inactivity, violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or damage to Wiseek's brand.

Upon termination, you will forfeit any unpaid commissions that have not yet been confirmed or approved. Termination is final and irreversible unless otherwise stated in writing.

Entire Agreement and Amendments

These Terms, in conjunction with the PayPro Global agreements you accept upon registration, constitute the full agreement regarding your participation in the Affiliate Program. Wiseek reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms at any time. Your continued participation after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Tax Responsibility

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes due on commissions earned through PayPro Global, in accordance with your local laws. Wiseek does not provide tax advice and cannot issue tax documents on behalf of PayPro Global.

Intellectual Property (IP Use)

All Wiseek trademarks, branding, materials, and content remain the exclusive property of Wiseek. You may only use approved promotional assets and must not modify, reproduce, or misrepresent the brand without prior written consent.

Independent Contractor Clause

Participation in the Affiliate Program does not create any employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship between you, Wiseek, or PayPro Global. You act solely as an independent contractor.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wiseek, its affiliates, and PayPro Global from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your participation in the Program, your breach of these Terms, or any misconduct by you.
