TRICO BANCSHARES

TriCo Bancshares is a registered bank holding company that primarily serves as the holding company for its wholly-owned subsidiary, Tri Counties Bank. TriCo is a California corporation incorporated in 1981, and its common stock trades on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol "TCBK." Both the Company and the Bank are headquartered in Chico, California. TriCo Bancshares is supervised by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. Tri Counties Bank, a California-chartered commercial bank, was organized in 1975 and is supervised by the California Department of Financial Protection & Innovation and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. As of December 31, 2025, the Bank had total assets of approximately $9.8 billion. The Company also maintains two capital subsidiary business trusts. For financial reporting, the Company's remaining investments in these Trusts, totaling $1.2 million, are accounted for under the equity method and are included in other assets on the consolidated balance sheet.
