Established in 2016, we are a leading AI-empowered Credit-Tech platform in China. We use machine learning models and data analytics to offer technology services that help financial institutions, consumers, and SMEs manage the entire loan process, from finding borrowers and assessing credit to matching funds and providing post-loan support. Our main user interface is the Qifu Jietiao app. We aim to make credit services more accessible and personalized for consumers and SMEs by providing Credit-Tech services to financial institutions. These services help financial institutions identify diverse needs, find creditworthy borrowers through multiple channels, improve credit assessments, manage credit risks, and enhance collection strategies. Our technology solutions, informed by user insights from long-term engagement across various scenarios, empower financial institutions throughout the loan lifecycle, enabling them to expand their service reach and meet the financing needs of consumers and SMEs. We earn service fees from these technology solutions provided to financial institutions. We began exploring overseas expansion in 2024, using our financial technologies to serve underserved segments in selected international markets. As of December 31, 2025, we had cumulatively facilitated approximately RMB2,539.1 billion (US$363.1 billion) of loans to 38.9 million borrowers. On the same date, we had 63.6 million users with cumulatively approved credit lines. We connect underserved and unserved users seeking credit with various financial institutions offering credit, through both credit-driven and platform services.
