The Company operates primarily as a California state-chartered commercial bank, with its deposit accounts insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) up to the maximum amount allowable. As of December 31, 2025, the Bank functions as a single operating segment. It maintains nine full-service branches across Los Angeles and Orange Counties, California. Additionally, it has three full-service branches on the East Coast, specifically in Bayside, New York; and Englewood Cliffs and Palisades Park, New Jersey. The Bank also operates two full-service branches in Texas, located in Carrollton and Dallas, and one full-service branch in Suwanee, Georgia. Beyond its branch network, the Bank employs loan originators, primarily for SBA loans, in Washington. The Bank provides a comprehensive array of loans, deposits, and other financial products and services, primarily catering to small and middle market businesses and individuals. Its core lending strategy focuses on building a diversified loan portfolio across customer types (businesses versus individuals), loan products such as commercial real estate (CRE) loans, commercial and industrial (C&I) loans, and consumer loans, as well as geographical locations and various industries including manufacturing, wholesale and retail trade, and hospitality.
