The Latin America and Other segment includes a wholesale business where products are sold to various locally-managed entities, independent of the Company, that have been granted distribution rights for their respective markets. The Company offers a line of over 800 products across several classifications, including immune, cardiovascular, digestive, personal care, weight management, and other general health products. It purchases herbs and other raw materials in bulk, conducts quality control testing, and then formulates, encapsulates, tablets, or concentrates them, followed by labeling and packaging for shipment. Most products are manufactured at its facility in Spanish Fork, Utah. Some products are produced by contract manufacturers according to the Company's specifications and standards, with quality control procedures in place to ensure compliance.
