Multiple clinical trials are also underway for ziftomenib in combination with standards of care in patients with relapsed or refractory and newly diagnosed AML with NPM1 and FLT3 co-mutations. Beyond AML, ziftomenib is being evaluated in combination with imatinib for gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST). The company is also exploring KO-7246, a next-generation menin inhibitor, for diabetes and cardiometabolic disorders, and additional next-generation menin inhibitors for use in combination with other therapies in solid tumors.
