Hall Chadwick Acquisition Corp. is a blank check company incorporated as a Cayman Islands exempted company. Its purpose is to effect a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization, or other similar business combination involving one or more businesses or assets, referred to as its initial business combination. The company has not generated any operating revenues to date and does not expect to do so until it completes its initial business combination. On April 1, 2026, the company announced it entered into a non-binding letter of intent with REEcycle Holdings, Inc. This letter expresses mutual intent but is non-binding, except for specific provisions related to exclusivity, confidentiality, expenses, governing law, and similar matters.
