FiEE, Inc. was founded in 1977 as a networking company. Historically, it provided a comprehensive WiFi/Software as a Service (SaaS) platform for connected homes. Until 2023, the company held the exclusive global license to design, manufacture, and sell consumer networking products under the Motorola brand. Its legacy cable and WiFi products, such as cable modems, routers, and mesh networking devices, were sold in leading retailers and e-commerce channels in the U.S.
Currently, FiEE, Inc. is transforming into a digital service provider, integrating artificial intelligence (AI) and data analytics into content creation, digital authentication, and brand management. Its current business model uses a cloud-based SaaS platform to help clients develop, manage, and optimize their digital presence globally. This includes customized graphics and posts, short videos, and editorial calendars aligned with brand goals. Additionally, the company offers comprehensive software development and maintenance services, providing custom software solutions from system design and development to deployment and post-launch maintenance. Customized software services were formally launched in July 2025. This shift focuses on high-growth technology sectors like AI, blockchain, and the Multi-Channel Network (MCN) ecosystem.
On November 30, 2025, FiEE, Inc. acquired Houren-Geiju Kabushikikaisha (HGK), a Japanese technology company specializing in digital authentication services for art collections. HGK uses AI and blockchain technology for artwork authentication, certification, and display services for individual and corporate clients. This acquisition adds AI image recognition and blockchain authentication technologies to FiEE, Inc.'s service portfolio.
The company's services primarily consist of three core areas: (1) digital content and MCN services, (2) software development services, and (3) digital authentication services. Digital Content Services include digital account management, content operations and growth analytics, and community engagement and creator partnerships.
