Dana Incorporated is a global leader in power-conveyance and energy-management solutions for on-highway vehicles, headquartered in Maumee, Ohio, with a history dating back to 1904. The company provides products that enhance the efficiency, performance, and sustainability of light and commercial vehicles. Its product portfolio includes axles, driveshafts, transmissions, sealing and thermal products, and electrification products such as motors, inverters, controllers, e-sealing, e-thermal, and digital solutions. Dana supplies nearly every major on-highway vehicle manufacturer worldwide, enabling the propulsion of internal combustion engine (ICE), hybrid, and electric powered vehicles. As of December 31, 2025, excluding the Off-Highway business presented as a discontinued operation, Dana employed approximately 26,900 people and operated in 24 countries. During the fourth quarter of 2024, Dana initiated cost reduction measures to support long-term profitability and cash flow, including substantial reductions in selling, general, and administrative costs and aligning engineering expenses with current industry dynamics, such as the delayed adoption of electric vehicles. The company expects to achieve annualized savings of $325 through 2026, with approximately $260 realized through 2025 and an additional $65 to be realized in 2026. Through December 2024, Dana managed operations through four global operating segments: Light Vehicle, Power Technologies, Commercial Vehicle, and Off-Highway. The Light Vehicle and Power Technologies segments primarily supported light vehicle original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) with products for light trucks, SUVs, CUVs, vans, and passenger cars. The Commercial Vehicle segment supported OEMs of on-highway commercial vehicles, mainly trucks and buses.
