AlTi is a global wealth and investment partner that provides services to families, foundations, and institutions. The company manages or advises approximately $93.1 billion in combined assets as of December 31, 2025. AlTi has approximately 490 professionals working in 19 cities across 9 countries on three continents as of December 31, 2025. AlTi offers holistic solutions for wealth management and Outsourced Chief Investment Officer ("OCIO") clients. These services include discretionary investment management, non-discretionary investment advisory, estate and wealth planning, trust and fiduciary services, governance and education, philanthropy and purposeful giving, and family office services. Wealth management clients also have access to alternative investment opportunities. Separately, AlTi has one internally managed fund and stakes in three Externally-Managed Funds within its alternatives platform, primarily serving an institutional client base. The company's business is currently organized into one operating segment. Prior to the third quarter ended September 30, 2025, AlTi was organized into two operating segments: Wealth & Capital Solutions and International Real Estate. A strategic review of the International Real Estate Businesses led to a re-organization of reportable segments in the third quarter of 2024, resulting in two reportable segments: Wealth & Capital Solutions and International Real Estate, with prior period data recast for comparison. On July 11, 2025, the Board approved a plan to appoint administrators over the real estate co-investment business ("Real Estate Co-Investment") and the real estate fund management businesses ("Real Estate Fund Management"), collectively referred to as the "International Real Estate Businesses."
