Alaska Air Group, Inc. is a Delaware corporation incorporated in 1985 that operates airlines and aviation services. Through October 29, 2025, Air Group operated three airlines: Alaska Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines, and Horizon Air. On October 29, 2025, Alaska Airlines' and Hawaiian Airlines' operations were combined under Alaska's Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) operating certificate, with Hawaiian Airlines maintained as a distinct brand.
