Air T, Inc. is a holding company with a portfolio of operating businesses and financial assets. The company operates in four core industry segments. The Overnight air cargo segment operates in the air express delivery services industry. The Ground support equipment segment manufactures and provides mobile deicers and other specialized equipment products to passenger and cargo airlines, airports, the military, and industrial customers. This segment was formerly known as Ground equipment sales and was renamed effective as of the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2025. The Commercial aircraft, engines and parts segment manages and leases aviation assets; supplies surplus and aftermarket commercial jet engine components; provides commercial aircraft disassembly/part-out services; commercial aircraft parts sales; procurement services; and overhaul and repair services to airlines. This segment was formerly known as Commercial jet engines and parts and was renamed effective as of the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2025. The Digital solutions segment develops and provides digital aviation and other business services to customers within the aviation industry to generate recurring subscription revenues. This segment was separately disclosed effective as of the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2025, having previously been classified as part of insignificant business activities. The company also has a central corporate function, Corporate and other, which acts as the capital allocator and resource for other consolidated businesses and comprises insignificant businesses and business interests. Each reportable segment has separate management teams and infrastructures that offer different products and services.
