Aeromexico benefits from joint fuel purchases with Delta, leveraging volume discounts and better credit conditions to achieve economies of scale and reduce maintenance costs for both airlines. Following the sale of TechOps MX, Aeromexico continues to receive maintenance support at the Querétaro facility through third-party service arrangements on similar commercial terms, with extended durations. The partnership with Delta has contributed to a significant increase in Aeromexico's NPS score in the Mexico-U.S. market and growth in passenger traffic. Since 2017, and as of December 31, 2025, Aeromexico has transported approximately 62.4 million passengers, representing a CAGR of 31.0%. Aeromexico also maintains code-sharing partnerships with other airlines beyond SkyTeam and Delta, including LATAM. These alliances and partnerships drive brand recognition and local market point-of-sale strength, attracting international air travel customers. Aeromexico controls PLM, its subsidiary operating the Aeromexico Rewards loyalty program, formerly known as Club Premier. This program, the first frequent flyer program established in Latin America and Mexico's largest loyalty program, promotes customer loyalty and satisfaction, helping to retain and attract customers while generating high-margin co-branded revenue streams. As of December 31, 2025, Aeromexico Rewards had approximately 13.9 million members.
