Currently, Zura Bio Ltd is conducting two global Phase 2 clinical trials evaluating tibulizumab in adult participants, each with an optional open-label extension. These trials are TibuSHIELD in hidradenitis suppurativa ("HS") and TibuSURE in diffuse cutaneous systemic sclerosis ("dcSSc"). Crebankitug and torudokimab were previously evaluated in early-stage clinical trials by third parties before Zura Bio Ltd in-licensed their development rights.
