We are an entertainment technology and digital asset finance company that combines digital asset and technology strategies with Bitcoin treasury operations. We are building a Bitcoin-centric institutional finance platform that integrates digital asset treasury management, Bitcoin liquidity aggregation, and sustainable Bitcoin mining operations. We primarily provide services through our wholly owned subsidiaries. We offer efficient computing and crypto asset mining services, providing compute on demand from third-party operated mining pools, performing hash calculations under short-term spot contracts in exchange for Bitcoin. We commenced operations in our cryptocurrency mining business in Kazakhstan in April 2025. We entered into a Strategic Partnership Agreement with SOLV Foundation ("SOLV"), a multi-chain Bitcoin liquid staking and institutional-grade structured finance platform with $2.5 billion in TVL, powering SolvBTC across Binance, Base, and Solana. Our operations previously included online entertainment performances and online innovative education through our wholly owned subsidiaries, Color Metaverse and CACM. We offered students a professional artist training platform with exclusive content and live interaction. We also possess an ultra-modern concert stage capable of large motions in 3 dimensions with advanced lighting and sound systems. In the summer of 2023, we announced a partnership with the World Boxing Association ("WBA") to organize WBA-approved boxing competitions. The first match took place in Dubai on August 26, 2023, where 6 fighters competed for the WBA gold belt.
