The Company is a leading metals service center that sells and processes various metal products. It operates in three main business segments. The specialty metals flat products segment focuses on selling and distributing processed aluminum and stainless flat-rolled sheet and coil products, flat bar products, prime tin mill products, and fabricated parts. This segment has grown through acquisitions, adding stainless steel and aluminum plate, sheet, angles, rounds, flat bar, tube, and pipe, as well as manufacturing and distributing stainless steel bollards and water treatment systems. The carbon flat products segment concentrates on selling and distributing large volumes of processed carbon and coated flat-rolled sheet, coil, and plate products, along with fabricated parts. Acquisitions have expanded this segment's offerings to include self-dumping metal hoppers and steel and stainless-steel dump inserts for pickup trucks and service bed trucks. The acquisition of Metal-Fab, Inc. on January 3, 2023, added venting, micro air, and clean air products for residential, commercial, and industrial uses. The acquisition of Metal Works, LLC on November 11, 2024, further expanded this segment to include manufacturing service station canopies, deck clips, long gutters, trim, boat docks, and solar canopy and ground racking components. The tubular and pipe products segment distributes metal tubing, pipe, bar, valves, and fittings, and fabricates parts for various industrial markets.
