Zeo Energy Corp.

Zeo Energy Corp. is a vertically integrated company providing energy solutions and services, including the sale, design, procurement, installation, and maintenance of residential solar energy systems. Many customers also purchase other energy efficiency-related equipment or services, or roofing services. The majority of customers are located in Florida, Texas, Arkansas, Missouri, Ohio, and Illinois, with an expanding customer base in California, Colorado, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio, Utah, and Virginia. The company was originally incorporated as ESGEN Acquisition Corp., a Cayman Islands exempted company. On March 13, 2024, it completed a business combination with Sunergy Renewables, LLC (Sunergy) and changed its name to Zeo Energy Corp. Sunergy was formed on October 1, 2021, through a business contribution of Sunergy Solar LLC (Sunergy Solar) and Sun First Energy, LLC (Sun First Energy). Sunergy Solar, formed in 2005, initially focused on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning products and services in Florida, later expanding to install residential solar energy systems sold directly and through third-party dealerships. Sun First Energy, established in 2019, sold residential solar energy systems in Florida that were installed by other companies until the Contribution.
