We are a leading AI-powered Fintech platform specializing in digital consumer lending, insurance, and financial technology innovation across China and global markets. We use advanced artificial intelligence and emerging technologies to improve customer experience, optimize capital efficiency, and expand financial inclusion. We primarily operate our credit solution services business, insurance brokerage business, and other businesses mainly in China. Our credit solution services business involves our subsidiaries and Variable Interest Entities (VIEs) operating an online marketplace that connects borrowers and investors. In 2020, we stopped facilitating new loans funded by individual investors. Since then, loans on our platform are financed by either third-party funding partners or our subsidiaries, depending on the product structure. For loans funded by third parties, funds come solely from institutional funding partners, including commercial banks, internet banks, trusts, microloan companies, and consumer finance companies. We charge third-party funding partners and, if applicable, guarantee companies, for loan facilitation and post-origination service fees. For loans funded by our subsidiaries, we charge borrowers financing service fees according to applicable arrangements and regulations. For loan products under the risk-taking model, we also provide credit guarantee services, assuming part or all of the credit risks associated with the underlying loans. Under these arrangements, we must compensate funding partners for covered losses if a borrower defaults, as per relevant guarantee agreements. We also earn revenue from referral arrangements related to borrowers on our platform, intelligent marketing, and providing our existing technological capabilities for credit solution services to third-party companies. The mix of our loan facilitation, financing, and guarantee services changes based on market conditions, regulatory environment, and borrowers' credit performance. Our insurance brokerage business is also a key part of our operations.
