Yubo Beijing offers products and services under the "VIVCELL" brand. Its product offerings include healthcare products for the respiratory system, skincare products, hair care products, healthy beverages, and male and female personal care products. Yubo Beijing also provides stem cell-related services, including cell testing and health management consulting services. The company's corporate structure, involving the VIE, provides contractual exposure to foreign investment in China-based companies in industries where direct foreign investment is prohibited by PRC laws, such as Yubo Beijing.
