Federated Hermes Project & Trade Finance Tender Fund

Federated Hermes Project & Trade Finance Tender Fund (XPTFX) is a continuously offered, diversified, closed-end management investment company that commenced operations in December 2016. The fund's primary objective is to provide total return primarily from income. It achieves this by investing in trade finance, structured trade, export finance, import finance, supply chain financing, and project finance assets of various entities, including sovereign entities. These trade finance-related securities are primarily located in, or have exposure to, global emerging markets. As a tender offer fund, XPTFX is not listed on any securities exchange, and a secondary market for its shares is not expected to develop. Shareholders cannot redeem their shares on a daily basis. However, the fund intends to provide liquidity to shareholders by conducting quarterly repurchase offers, at the discretion of its board of trustees.
