Through its principal operating subsidiary, Xponential Fitness LLC, and other subsidiaries, the company operates a diversified platform of five brands. In partnership with its franchisees and master franchisees, Xponential Fitness LLC provides workout experiences led by qualified instructors in studio locations across North America and internationally. As of December 31, 2025, the company had franchise, master franchise, and international expansion agreements in 49 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, and 28 additional countries. The company's brand portfolio includes Club Pilates, the largest Pilates brand in the United States; StretchLab, which offers one-on-one and group stretching services; YogaSix, the largest franchised yoga brand in the United States; Pure Barre, the largest barre brand in the United States, offering a total body workout using a ballet barre for small isometric movements; and BFT, a functional training and strength-based program. Prior to their divestitures in July 2025, the company franchised boutique fitness studios for indoor cycling and boxing through the CycleBar and Rumble brands, respectively. Additionally, prior to the divestiture of the Lindora brand in September 2025, the company franchised clinics providing medically guided wellness and metabolic health solutions.
