ERShares Private-Public Crossover ETF invests primarily in equity securities of mid and large capitalization companies. These companies are traded on major U.S. exchanges, specifically the NASDAQ, the New York Stock Exchange, or other significant U.S. exchanges. The equity securities the fund invests in include common stocks, preferred stocks, convertible preferred stocks, and sponsored American Depositary Receipts (ADRs). It also includes sponsored Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs). The fund operates as a non-diversified investment vehicle.
