Xeriant, Inc. focuses on discovering, developing, and commercializing disruptive technologies in advanced materials and aerospace for deployment across multiple industrial sectors. The company partners with and acquires strategic interests in companies to further this mission. Xeriant's advanced materials line, when available, will be marketed under the DUREVER™ brand. This line includes NEXBOARD™, an eco-friendly, patent-pending composite construction panel made from plastic and fiber waste. NEXBOARD™ is designed to replace products such as drywall, plywood, OSB, MDF, and MgO board used in construction. The company was originally incorporated in Nevada on December 18, 2009, as Eastern World Solutions, Inc., changing its name to Banjo & Matilda, Inc. on September 24, 2013, and then to Xeriant, Inc. on June 22, 2020. On September 30, 2019, Xeriant acquired American Aviation Technologies, LLC ("AAT"), an aircraft design and development company specializing in autonomous and semi-autonomous vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), making AAT a wholly owned subsidiary. Effective May 31, 2021, Xeriant entered into a Joint Venture with XTI Aircraft Company ("XTI"), named Eco-Aero, LLC, to complete the preliminary design review ("PDR") of XTI's eVTOL fixed wing aircraft. XTI and Xeriant each own 50 percent of Eco-Aero, LLC.
