Xcel Brands, Inc. is a media and consumer products company that designs, licenses, markets, live streams, and sells branded apparel, footwear, accessories, fine jewelry, home goods, and other consumer products. The company also acquires consumer lifestyle brands. Founded in 2011, Xcel's brand portfolio includes the wholly owned Halston, Judith Ripka, and C Wonder brands. It also manages the Longaberger by Shannon Doherty brand through a 50% ownership interest in Longaberger Licensing, LLC. Xcel has co-branded collaborations such as the TowerHill by Christie Brinkley brand, launched in May 2024, and planned launches for Spring 2026 including Trust-Respect-Love by Cesar Millan and GemmaMade by Gemma Stafford. The Off/Duty by Coco Rocha brand is planned to launch in Fall 2026. Xcel also holds television rights for Mesa Mia by Jenny Martinez, with a launch expected in Spring 2026. The company divested its remaining noncontrolling interest in the Isaac Mizrahi brands on October 1, 2025. Xcel employs an omni-channel and social commerce sales strategy, promoting and selling products through interactive television, digital live-stream shopping, social commerce, brick-and-mortar retailers, and e-commerce channels.
