Select Water Solutions, Inc. provides sustainable water-management solutions to the energy industry in the U.S. The company operates through three primary segments: Water Infrastructure, Water Services, and Chemical Technologies. The Water Infrastructure segment develops, builds, and operates permanent infrastructure solutions for full lifecycle water management and waste treatment. These solutions support new oil and gas well development and ongoing production activity. Select's infrastructure assets include permanent pipeline infrastructure, fixed and mobile treatment and recycling facilities, water storage facilities, saltwater disposal wells (SWDs), and landfill facilities. The company's water infrastructure networks, including large-scale pipeline networks and recycling infrastructure, aim to reduce demand for freshwater, water disposal, and water hauling by truck, while enabling economies of scale to help reduce customer capital expenditures and lease operating expenses (LOE). These networks also help balance water supply across broad geographic areas and between customers to promote greater water reuse. As of December 31, 2025, Select's water infrastructure network included 2.4 million barrels per day of fixed recycling capacity, 2.3 million barrels per day of permitted disposal capacity, and 35 million barrels of produced water storage capacity. The company is scaling its recycling-first network in the Permian Basin, adding capacity across fixed recycling facilities and large-diameter pipelines, particularly in the Northern Delaware portion of the Permian Basin.
