Its primary subsidiary, Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB (WSFS Bank), holds substantially all of the company's assets. WSFS Bank is one of the ten oldest continuously operating bank and trust companies in the U.S. under the same name. As a federal savings bank, it has a broader scope of permissible activities compared to most other financial institutions. As of December 31, 2025, WSFS Bank had $21.3 billion in assets and $97.4 billion in assets under management (AUM) and assets under administration (AUA). It is the oldest and largest locally-managed bank and trust company headquartered in the Greater Philadelphia and Delaware region, having operated for over 193 years. As of December 31, 2025, WSFS serviced clients from 113 offices: 58 in Pennsylvania, 37 in Delaware, 14 in New Jersey, 2 in Florida, 1 in Nevada, and 1 in Virginia, along with its ATM network, website, and mobile app. The company's consolidated operating subsidiaries as of December 31, 2025, included WSFS Bank, The Bryn Mawr Trust Company of Delaware (BMT-DE), Bryn Mawr Trust Advisors (BMTA), and WSFS SPE Services, LLC. BMT-DE, a Delaware state-chartered non-depository trust company, enhances the Wealth and Trust segment by providing Delaware advantage trust services, such as directed trusts, asset protection trusts, and dynasty trusts. BMT-DE had approximately $40.7 billion in AUM and AUA at December 31, 2025.
