As a federal savings bank, it has a broader scope of permissible activities compared to most other financial institutions. As of December 31, 2025, WSFS serviced clients from 113 offices: 58 in Pennsylvania, 37 in Delaware, 14 in New Jersey, 2 in Florida, 1 in Nevada, and 1 in Virginia, along with its ATM network, website, and mobile app. The company's consolidated operating subsidiaries as of December 31, 2025, included WSFS Bank, The Bryn Mawr Trust Company of Delaware (BMT-DE), Bryn Mawr Trust Advisors (BMTA), and WSFS SPE Services, LLC. BMT-DE, a Delaware state-chartered non-depository trust company, enhances the Wealth and Trust segment by providing Delaware advantage trust services, such as directed trusts, asset protection trusts, and dynasty trusts. BMT-DE had approximately $40.7 billion in AUM and AUA at December 31, 2025.
