To facilitate an acquisition by Alliance MMA, Inc., SCW LLC merged into SCWorx Acquisition Corp. on June 27, 2018, with SCW Acquisition being the surviving entity. SCW Acquisition subsequently changed its name to SCWorx Corp. on August 17, 2018. The company began collecting subscriptions for common stock in June 2018, collecting $1,250,000 and issuing 3,125 shares of common stock to new third-party investors between June and November 2018. On November 30, 2018, the company and certain stockholders agreed to cancel 6,510 shares of common stock. On February 1, 2019, SCWorx Corp. (formerly SCWorx Acquisition Corp.) changed its name to SCW FL Corp., and Alliance MMA, Inc. acquired SCWorx Corp. (now SCW FL Corp.) in a stock-for-stock exchange. Alliance MMA, Inc. then changed its name to SCWorx Corp., which is the company's current name, with SCW FL Corp. becoming its subsidiary.
