Worthington Enterprises, Inc. is a leading designer and manufacturer of products sold to consumers and specialized building products. Founded in 1955, the company primarily serves consumers through retail channels in the tools, outdoor living, and celebrations market categories. It also provides a wide array of highly specialized building products for residential and non-residential construction markets. These building products include ceiling suspension systems and light gauge metal framing products, which are offered through unconsolidated joint ventures, WAVE and ClarkDietrich, as well as wholly-owned and consolidated operations. Worthington Enterprises also produces pressurized containment solutions for heating, cooking, and cooling applications, among others. The company operates under two distinct reportable operating segments: Building Products and Consumer Products. Its fiscal year ends on May 31, with fiscal quarters concluding on the final day of August, November, February, and May. Worthington Enterprises' common shares are traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "WOR." On December 1, 2023, the company completed the separation of its former steel processing business into a separate public company through a tax-free distribution to shareholders.
