We are a British Virgin Islands company incorporated on December 4, 2018, conducting business in China through our subsidiaries. In the last quarter of 2024, we launched a functional skincare business, which accounted for 100% of our total revenue for the year ended December 31, 2025. We aim to build a comprehensive online ecosystem with a stable supply chain for these products. This initiative, originally scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2025, has been rescheduled to the third quarter of 2026 to integrate our proposed AI-driven functional skincare system. This system will encompass upstream product research and development, midstream distributor support and training, and downstream franchisee partnerships for functional skincare stores, connecting stores, professionals, and consumers. Our current product offerings through Xiamen Chunshang, our wholly owned subsidiary, include essence, serum, collagen, and prebiotics solid beverage. Xiamen Chunshang has acquired trademarks, entered into a cooperation agreement with a research company, signed letters of intent with four distributors, and hired two skincare product engineers. As of the date of this annual report, we acquired trademarks including "MQIANS", "Chunran", "Aishuli", "HOUXIAOBAI", "SHIHUASHU", and "GF ZHIYE" from various entities and individuals. We also launched training services in October 2024, connected with our functional skincare product sales.
