Western Asset Diversified Income Fund (NYSE: WDI) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company that aims to provide high current income as its primary investment objective and capital appreciation as a secondary objective. Established on July 27, 2020, and headquartered in New York, the fund is part of the Western Asset fund family, a subsidiary of Franklin Templeton. The fund has a market capitalization of approximately $702.9 million and approximately 51.9 million shares outstanding.
