WaterBridge is a holding company whose main asset is ownership interests in OpCo, and WaterBridge is also the sole managing member of OpCo. The company is a leading integrated, pure-play water infrastructure company primarily operating in the Delaware Basin, which is the most prolific oil and natural gas basin in North America. WaterBridge operates the largest integrated produced water infrastructure network in the United States. Through this network, the company provides water management solutions to oil and natural gas exploration and production (E&P) companies under long-term contracts. These solutions include gathering, transporting, recycling, and handling produced water. Additionally, WaterBridge operates two energy waste management facilities, branded as Desert Environmental, for the disposal of non-hazardous waste from oil and gas E&P activities. The company has a relationship with LandBridge, a Delaware Basin land management company, which provides preferential access to significant underutilized pore space in and around the Delaware Basin. WaterBridge manages its infrastructure network using technology solutions, including a centralized operations center and a proprietary water forecasting platform, to monitor, measure, and forecast water volumes in real-time.
