Effective October 4, 2025, the company unified its legacy division bank brands: ABA, BON, FIB, Bridge, and TPB, under the single name Western Alliance Bank. The company also serves business customers through a national platform of specialized financial services, including mortgage banking services through AmeriHome and digital payment services for the class action legal industry. Additionally, WAL has non-bank subsidiaries: CSI, a captive insurance company licensed in Arizona, and WATC, which provides corporate trust services and levered loan administration solutions. WAL also has unconsolidated subsidiaries used as business trusts for issuing trust-preferred securities. As of December 31, 2025, Western Alliance Bank, headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, had total assets of $92,736 million, net loans of $61,714 million, and deposits of $77,639 million.
