NCR Voyix is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, and has approximately 13,500 employees across nearly 30 countries. On October 16, 2023, the company completed the spin-off of its ATM-focused business, which included its self-service banking, payments & network, and telecommunications and technology businesses, into an independent publicly traded company called NCR Atleos Corporation. This spin-off was done through a pro rata distribution of NCR Atleos common stock to NCR Voyix common stock holders as of October 2, 2023. Following the spin-off, NCR Voyix Corporation changed its name from NCR Corporation, and its common stock began trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "VYX" on October 17, 2023. NCR Voyix does not own any part of NCR Atleos. The historical financial results of NCR Atleos are shown as discontinued operations in NCR Voyix's financial statements. Additionally, NCR Voyix completed the sale of its Digital Banking segment businesses on September 30, 2024, to an affiliate of The Veritas Capital Fund VIII, L.P. The sale price was $2.45 billion in cash, subject to a post-closing adjustment, plus potential contingent consideration of up to an additional $100 million in cash if a specified return on the buyer's invested capital is achieved at the time of any future sale. The historical financial results of the Digital Banking segment businesses are also reflected as discontinued operations in the company's consolidated financial statements.
