VSE Corporation is a leading provider of aftermarket distribution and maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services for air transportation assets, serving both commercial and government markets. Incorporated in Delaware in 1959, the company focuses on enhancing the productivity and longevity of its customers' high-value, business-critical assets. VSE's business operations are managed as a single reportable operating segment: Aviation. This segment provides aftermarket parts distribution and MRO services for components and engine accessories to commercial, business and general aviation (B&GA) operators. The Aviation segment serves a diverse global client base, including commercial airlines, regional airlines, air cargo transporters, MRO integrators and providers, aviation manufacturers, corporate and private aircraft owners, and fixed-base operators (FBOs). On January 29, 2026, VSE entered into an agreement to acquire Precision Aviation Group (PAG) for approximately $2.025 billion in cash and equity. The agreement also includes up to $125 million in additional contingent earn-out consideration, payable in cash or equity, based on PAG's 2026 adjusted EBITDA performance.
