VERSES is a cognitive computing company that specializes in next-generation intelligence software systems. The company primarily focuses on developing an intelligence-as-a-service smart software platform called Genius. A private beta program for Genius was launched in early 2024 with select users, followed by a public beta program for a broader number of developers in the second half of 2024. On April 30, 2025, VERSES launched its flagship product, Genius, which is designed to enable agentic intelligence for enterprises. VERSES markets Genius to developers as a Software-as-a-Service ("SaaS") to make their applications smarter, safer, and more sustainable. Genius includes intelligent, autonomous software agents, a visual model editor for building and testing AI models, APIs to integrate with existing enterprise systems, and a full-featured developer portal for rapid deployment. Since the launch of Genius, the company has announced new customers and resellers in sectors and use cases such as smart cities (Analog), financial services, workforce scheduling, IT consulting, and manufacturing.
