In 2013, VoIP-Pal acquired Digifonica International (DIL) Limited ("Digifonica"), which was founded in 2003 and developed a software suite for internet connectivity solutions. The company is actively pursuing patent infringement lawsuits in Waco, Texas, against several Fortune 500 companies. The company's fiscal year ends on September 30.
