Vivmark Residential

Vivmark Residential is an equity real estate investment trust (REIT) that develops, redevelops, acquires, and manages apartment communities. The company operates in major metropolitan areas including Boston, Massachusetts; the New York/New Jersey Metro area; the Mid-Atlantic region; Seattle, Washington; and Northern and Southern California. Vivmark Residential also has a presence in expansion regions such as Raleigh-Durham and Charlotte, North Carolina; Southeast Florida; Dallas and Austin, Texas; and Denver, Colorado. As of June 30, 2026, Vivmark Residential owned or held a direct or indirect ownership interest in 322 apartment communities. These communities collectively contain 99,072 apartment homes across 11 states and the District of Columbia. Among these, 27 communities were under development and one community was under redevelopment. Vivmark Residential was incorporated in Maryland in 1978.
