Valley National Bancorp is a registered bank holding company and financial holding company, founded in 1927 and headquartered in Morristown, New Jersey. As of December 31, 2025, Valley had consolidated total assets of $64.1 billion, total net loans of $49.6 billion, total deposits of $52.2 billion, and total shareholders' equity of $7.8 billion. Its main subsidiary, Valley National Bank, has been a national banking association since 1927 and operates 230 branch offices across New Jersey, New York, Florida, Alabama, California, and Illinois. Through the Bank and its subsidiaries, Valley provides a full range of national and regional banking solutions, including commercial, private banking, retail, insurance, and wealth management financial services. These solutions encompass traditional consumer and commercial deposit and lending products, commercial real estate financing, asset-based loans, small business loans, equipment financing, and personal financing solutions like residential mortgages, home equity loans, and automobile financing.
