Vivakor, Inc. was established in 2006 as a Nevada limited liability company and became a Nevada corporation in 2008. The company operates an integrated midstream platform offering crude oil transportation, terminaling, and marketing services in major U.S. producing basins. Key developments include the 2022 acquisition of terminaling facilities in Colorado City, Texas, and Delhi, Louisiana, and the 2024 acquisition of trucking, pipeline, and storage operations (referred to as the "Endeavor Entities").
