Vinci Compass is a premier partner for alternative investments and global solutions in Latin America, formed by the combination of Vinci Partners and Compass in 2024. As of December 31, 2025, the company has 594 full-time employees. Vinci Compass' business segments include Global IP&S, Credit, Private Equity, Equities, Real Assets, and Corporate Advisory. Each segment is managed by dedicated investment teams with an independent investment committee and decision-making process. Vinci Partners originated in the early 2000s with the launch of its first private equity fund, establishing an independent alternatives group within Banco Pactual in 2004.
