We are an AI software company that develops practical AI functions and provides them to businesses through cloud-based platform solutions. These solutions are designed to be low-cost and scalable for multi-agent enterprise applications. Our operations include our wholly owned subsidiary, Click Fish Media, Inc. ("CFM"), an IT services provider incorporated in the State of Florida on November 26, 2019. CFM was acquired by us from James Sposato, an officer and director of the Company, per a Contribution Agreement dated August 1, 2022. As full consideration for this acquisition, we paid Mr. Sposato $10. We aim to offer corporate clients scalable enterprise AI sales and customer service solutions intended to rapidly increase sales and service while lowering employment costs. We seek to enhance rapport and relationship building for customers, which we consider a necessary component to sales. We believe there is a positive correlation between AI that sounds similar to a human voice over the phone and improved customer rapport and customer service benefits. Our advanced AI is designed to make it difficult for customers to distinguish between speaking to a human sales representative and an AI bot. We aim to provide quick training and deployment, potentially unlimited scalability, and easy integration with existing corporate platforms.
