VGTel, Inc. is a New York corporation, incorporated on February 5, 2002, initially as Tribeka Tek, Inc., and changing its name to VGTel, Inc. in January 2006. The company focuses on multi-platform entertainment, specifically capitalizing on the demand for 4K and 8K digital content. VGTel builds and operates facilities that house visualization/restoration technology to scan and convert films into Ultra High Definition (UHD) digital format.
