(Pure Sunfarms or PSF), a cannabis grower and leading flower brand in Canada, and Rose LifeScience Inc. (Rose LifeScience or Rose), a vertically integrated, branded cannabis producer, supplier, and commercialization expert in Quebec. Balanced Health Botanicals, LLC (Balanced Health or BHB) is the U.S. Cannabis business, operating a leading brand in the hemp-derived cannabidiol (CBD) and other cannabinoids markets, producing health and wellness products distributed primarily through its e-commerce platform, CBDistillery™. Village Farms Clean Energy (VFCE) has a 20-year contract, commencing in 2024 (with a five-year option to extend), with the City of Vancouver for the Delta RNG Project. This project, in partnership with Terreva Renewables, converts landfill gas at the Delta, B.C. landfill site into renewable natural gas (RNG). Terreva Renewables sells the RNG, and VFCE receives a portion of the revenue as a royalty. Leli Holland B.V. (Leli or Leli Holland) formally changed its name to Village Farms International B.V.
