Harrison Street Infrastructure Income Fund

Harrison Street Infrastructure Income Fund (VCRDX) is a continuously offered, non-diversified, closed-end interval fund that aims to provide consistent current income and capital preservation. The Fund's primary investment objective is to seek consistent current income, with a secondary objective of capital preservation. It seeks to gain exposure to infrastructure by primarily investing in income-oriented investments. These investments include privately issued debt backed by infrastructure assets and asset-backed securities representing ownership or participation in pools of infrastructure-related loans or other infrastructure assets. To a lesser extent, the Fund also invests in private funds and public securities. The Fund allocates at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, to income-oriented investments that provide exposure to infrastructure assets. These infrastructure assets span various sectors such as regulated assets, power and renewable energy, transportation, communications and digital infrastructure, and social infrastructure. The Fund may also invest in publicly traded debt and equity securities issued by infrastructure companies or backed by infrastructure assets. As an interval fund, it offers limited quarterly liquidity through repurchase offers of 5-25% of outstanding shares and employs leverage to enhance returns.
