On August 2, 2024, the sponsor initially purchased 1,725,000 ordinary shares, known as "Founder Shares," for an aggregate price of $25,000, or approximately $0.02 per share. Up to 225,000 of these shares were subject to forfeiture based on the underwriters' option to purchase additional units. Following a reduction in the offering size, 287,500 Founder Shares were cancelled, resulting in the sponsor owning an aggregate of 1,437,500 Founder Shares, with up to 187,500 of these still subject to forfeiture depending on the exercise of the underwriters' over-allotment option.
