We are a leading used car retailer in China, transforming the industry through advanced production, new retail experiences, and digital empowerment. We operate an inventory-owning model, providing customers a comprehensive transaction solution that covers the entire value chain, including used-car acquisition, inspection and reconditioning, warehousing, and pre-sales and after-sales services. We offer high-quality, value-for-money used cars and full suites of services through a reliable, one-stop, and hassle-free transaction experience. Our omni-channel sales approach allows us to serve customers nationwide through our online platform and in selected regions through our offline used car superstores. Since early 2018, we have offered online used-car-buying products and services (2C online transactions) nationwide via our online platform, removing geographic boundaries and facilitating a seamless self-service purchasing experience. Our platform displays abundant used-car listings and transparent price estimates, allowing customers to place orders online without hidden fees and enjoy after-sales support. Leveraging our nationwide logistics and delivery network, we provide door-to-door delivery. We also partner with third parties for value-added products and services like auto financing, insurance, and other after-sales services. In September 2020, we transitioned from a third-party inventory commissioned-based model to an inventory-owning model to enhance supply chain control, deliver higher-quality used cars, and increase transaction certainty. To further provide high-quality and value-for-money used cars, we are building our own used car superstores to recondition retail inventory to a "like new" condition. Our first used car superstore in Xi'an began operation in March 2021, and we completed its relocation and upgrade in December 2022.
