Univest Financial Corporation

Univest Financial Corporation is a Pennsylvania corporation organized in 1973 and registered as a bank holding company. It owns all the capital stock of Univest Bank and Trust Co. (the "Bank") and is the sole member of 1876 Double Eagle LLC. The Corporation's consolidated financial statements include the accounts of the Corporation, the Bank, and 1876 Double Eagle LLC. At December 31, 2025, the Corporation had total assets of $8.4 billion, net loans and leases of $6.8 billion, total deposits of $7.1 billion, and total shareholders' equity of $943.3 million. The Bank is a Pennsylvania state-chartered bank and trust company that provides domestic banking services to individuals, businesses, municipalities, and non-profit organizations. Through its wholly-owned subsidiaries, the Bank offers a variety of financial services. These subsidiaries include Girard Investment Services, LLC, a full-service registered introducing broker-dealer and licensed insurance agency; Girard Advisory Services, LLC, a registered investment advisory firm; and Girard Pension Services, LLC, a registered investment advisor providing investment consulting and management services to municipal entities. The Bank also owns Univest Capital, Inc., an equipment financing business, and Univest Insurance, LLC, an independent insurance agency. The Corporation's headquarters are in Souderton, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. It provides banking and financial services to customers across 19 counties in the Southeastern, Central, and Western regions of Pennsylvania, three counties in New Jersey, and five counties in Maryland.
