Century Bank is a bank holding company headquartered in Miami, Florida. Through its sole direct subsidiary, U.S. Century Bank, it operates banking centers in South Florida. The company provides a wide range of personal and business banking products and services. As of December 31, 2025, Century Bank had total consolidated assets of $2.8 billion. U.S. Century Bank, a Florida state-chartered bank, began operations in October 2002. In 2021, U.S. Century Bank simplified its capitalization structure by exchanging and/or repurchasing all of its Class C, Class D, and Class E preferred stock. In December 2021, the bank exchanged all outstanding Class B common stock for Class A common stock at a 1-for-5 ratio. On July 27, 2021, U.S. Century Bank completed an initial public offering of 4,600,000 shares of its Class A common stock at $10.00 per share, which began trading on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the ticker symbol "USCB". On December 30, 2021, Century Bank acquired all outstanding stock of U.S. Century Bank in a share exchange, converting each share of U.S. Century Bank's Class A common stock into one share of Century Bank's Class A common stock.
